ORGANIZATION OF THE HYGIENE, HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT PLAN AND OF THE EMERGENCY MEASURES PLAN

For all the designated works, our HSE plan is a set of provisions and procedures allowing us to highlight :

  • The various potential risks associated with the activities
  • Environmental aspects and impacts related to activities
  • Hygienic conditions and other illnesses related to activities

At these different points, a policy will be implemented to permanently control, reduce and eliminate the inherent consequences.

Speaking of the different actions to be implemented for the realization of this work according to the major risks, we will quote:

  • Fire safety
  • Wearing protective equipment
  • Mobilization and compliance of equipment and lifting gear for work at height
  • Environmental management (waste management and pollution control)
  • Hygiene plan

FIRE SAFETY

For the works carried out in our construction project, these will be carried out according to the NF, DIN, ISO standards and those approved by the contracting authority in relation to rural engineering and applicable to the means of recourse against fire.

They will consist of 9 kg ABC powder extinguisher and 6 kg CO2 carbon dioxide extinguisher. They will be effective, but will also have to take into account certain precautions for use.

  • The scope
  • Opacity
  • Toxicity
  • Possible damage

WASTE MANAGEMENT, POLLUTION CONTROL

During the execution of the works, E-MATCH will make bins available to the site for the collection of waste, alterites and banal items.

Under the supervision of the HSE manager, these will be recovered by trained and sensitized workers, then dumped in a landfill.

Throughout the duration of our construction sites, we will carry out cleaning sessions of the work site, in order to leave it healthy.

During our daily site meetings before work begins, our staff will be made aware of the causes of environmental degradation linked to our activities and the actions to be taken to reduce these significant impacts for these sensitive places.

HYGIENE PLAN

Since the personnel are called upon to live together in the living quarters during the on-site assembly work, a minimum of hygiene rules must be observed. Our procedure offers :

  • Proper use of shared showers and changing rooms
  • Maintaining toilets in a state of cleanliness and impeccable operation by setting up an adapted and monitored cleaning schedule
  • The use of appropriate bins for the management of waste and various scraps
  • Cleaning and tidying up work areas before, during and after each working day
  • Disposal of site equipment after use if use will no longer be justified

These actions will be reinforced by awareness meetings held every morning.
